Nigerian Ambassador C.D Orike yesterday August 19, presented his letters of credence to President Paul Kagame at Village Urugwiro. Speaking to BD at Hotel Des Milles Collines just before the occasion, he said Rwanda was emerging as an important partner with Nigerian and an important player on the Africa scene.
